Great to meet you!

If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you know you're capable of living — you're in the right place.

I work with people who are ready to move past anxiety, self-doubt, and the invisible barriers that keep them from thriving. Together, we don't just talk about your problems — we get to the root of them. We explore how your thoughts, emotions, and body are connected, how your relationships and life experiences have shaped you, and what it will take to create real, lasting change.

My approach is warm, honest, and tailored entirely to you. There's no cookie-cutter treatment plan here. Whether you're navigating anxiety, working through family challenges, or simply ready to grow into a better version of yourself, I'll meet you exactly where you are.

I also bring something beyond traditional counseling — as a certified life coach and published author, I blend clinical expertise with practical tools for personal transformation. You won't just feel better — you'll leave sessions with clarity, direction, and the confidence that healing is not only possible, it's already within you.

Your first session is a judgment-free space to simply be heard. That's where we begin.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine belief that you are the expert on your own life. I create a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly — without fear of criticism or shame.

I take a holistic approach to counseling, meaning we look at the full picture of who you are. That includes the internal world of your thoughts and emotions, the mind-body connection that shapes how you feel and function, and the external relationships and systems that have influenced your life. Because none of us exist in isolation — our families, communities, and lived experiences are deeply woven into who we are and how we show up in the world.

Whether we are exploring patterns rooted in your family of origin, processing the weight of life's challenges, or building the tools you need to move forward, my goal is simple: to empower you. Counseling with me is not about being fixed — it is about being seen, supported, and equipped to live a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about one thing above all else — you. Before we dive into techniques or strategies, I want to simply get to know you. Who you are, where you've been, and where you want to go.

Together, we will begin to explore what has brought you to this point, what you hope to gain from counseling, and what may have been standing in the way of the life you truly desire. Often, the barriers we face are not just circumstantial — they are rooted in deeply held beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. In our first session, we will begin to gently uncover those limiting beliefs so we can understand what has been keeping you stuck and start building a roadmap toward something better.

There is no pressure, no agenda, and no judgment. This is your space. These are your sessions. My job in that first meeting is simply to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest — with me and with yourself.

By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave feeling truly heard, with a clearer sense of direction and the confidence that change is not only possible — it is already within reach.
