Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health clinician with over eight years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in school, clinic, and community settings. I believe caring for your mental health is an important part of caring for yourself. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming at times, so I’m really glad you’re here! I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions using a warm, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. My hope is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, warm, and collaborative, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and skill-building to meet each client’s unique needs. I focus on trauma-informed care and helping clients feel grounded and regulated, creating a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions at their own pace. Together, we work on building practical tools for coping, emotional balance, and self-understanding. I am also in the process of obtaining full EMDR certification to further support healing from past experiences. Therapy is a partnership, and we work together at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering!

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe sharing your thoughts and feelings. If you’re feeling nervous, that’s completely normal. I’ll guide you through the process at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll talk about your goals, identify areas you’d like to work on, and begin exploring practical strategies to help you feel more grounded and supported. The first session is all about building trust and starting a plan that fits your unique needs.
