Great to meet you!

I am a masters-level psychotherapist, behavior therapist, and PA-licensed professional counselor specializing in treating children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. In 2015, I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University, which led to my becoming a nationally certified counselor with the National Board-Certified Counselors. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma recovery, and everyday life issues.

My approach to therapy

I offer 60-minute therapy sessions using EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Each client receives a safe and confidential session that leaves them feeling empowered to achieve their goals.
