Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12+ years of experience, I specialize in grief, trauma, and relationship therapy. My personal journey with loss inspired my journal, Take The Step, and fuels my passion for emotional healing.

Alongside my partner Andrew, a professional coach, we operate as a therapist–coach duo. We blend clinical expertise with real-life partnership wisdom to help individuals and couples achieve clarity and connection. Through our unique approach, we guide clients toward deeper communication, sustainable healing, and meaningful relationship change.

I specialize in helping high-achieving women and couples as they navigate loss, identity shifts, difficult transitions, and communication challenges, offering a grounded, compassionate, clinically informed container for growth.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to work with you to develop practical tools to live a more fulfilling life. I want to help you discover your inner strength and the power you have to change your life for the better. We will explore the connection that your thoughts have with your feelings, and develop a plan to have more desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm and welcoming environment to have open and honest discussion. I have a compassionate, yet direct style to promote REAL change. I will hold you accountable to your goals, while also being patient with your process.
