Hello potential client! As a mental health clinician with an MSW from the University of Michigan, I’m deeply passionate about destigmatizing mental health services. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adults (18+) dealing with depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, and societal oppression. I’ve supported mothers at all stages of parenting and facilitated group therapy, which complements the individual therapy process.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
