Great to meet you!
My name is Kiley, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Michigan. I have worked in community mental health for nearly nine years and have held a variety of clinical and leadership roles during that time. Although I currently work in management, I have always valued providing direct services and supporting clients one-on-one, which led me to begin offering therapy outside of my primary role.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While completing my Master of Social Work degree, I also interned at a substance-use treatment clinic, where I provided individual and group therapy to people experiencing substance-use disorders.
I also have experience developing behavioral treatment plans for individuals experiencing challenging or harmful behavioral patterns. This work involved identifying factors contributing to behavior, developing practical interventions, teaching replacement skills, and working with clients and support systems to create meaningful change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our many animals. My personal experiences with ADHD and social anxiety have also helped me better understand how these concerns can affect daily routines, relationships, communication, emotional regulation, and confidence.
