Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self. I have a particular passion for supporting clients navigating eating disorder recovery, trauma, perinatal concerns, and anxiety.

My own experience in eating disorder recovery has given me a deep understanding of how complex recovery can be. I know that healing isn’t always linear, and I bring that perspective into my work with warmth, empathy, and a genuine belief that recovery is possible.

Above all, I want my clients to feel seen, understood, and accepted exactly where they are. I strive to bring in support as they work toward where they want to be.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm and holistic approach to therapy and enjoy weaving in somatic practices to my work. I believe that clients know themselves best and work to empower individuals to guide the therapeutic process. I draw from trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to the individual in front of me.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I take a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative approach, and there’s no expectation that you have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you and begin building a foundation for meaningful, compassionate work together.
