Great to meet you!

I help Individuals, couples, families; infants, children and adolescents heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and feel more connected in their daily lives. For more than 25 years, I’ve supported people through some of life’s most difficult and transformative moments with warmth, honesty, and practical guidance that creates real change.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in conflict, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we work to better understand what’s driving those struggles and build tools that help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected at home, at school, and in your relationships.

My approach to therapy

One of my specialties is helping families who have adopted domestically and internationally and who are affected by trauma and attachment challenges, including Reactive Attachment Disorder heal. I help parents better understand their child’s behavior, strengthen trust and connection, and create more peaceful interactions at home. I also support families navigating school systems and IEPs so children can receive the support they need to thrive.

I work with couples and families who want to improve communication, reduce conflict, and rebuild emotional closeness. My approach is active, supportive, and focused on practical skill building to help you create healthier patterns that last beyond therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, therapy can be a place to feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward. If you’re ready to make meaningful changes, I’d be honored to work with you.
