Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kim. I know how heavy the cycles of grief can feel, and how quiet yet deafening the struggle of infertility can be. When you’re in the middle of a major life transition or a relationship that feels like it’s slipping through your fingers, it’s easy to feel like you’ve lost your internal compass. But you don’t have to carry that weight alone. I’m here to offer you a space where you don’t have to 'have it together.' Together, we’ll look at the 'why' behind your pain while giving you real, practical tools for the 'how' of getting through the day. Healing isn't a straight line, and that’s okay.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should blend understanding your past with taking action today. I use Person-Centered therapy to ensure you feel heard and supported, while integrating CBT to help you shift the thought patterns that keep you stuck. I also use Solution-Focused strategies and Motivational Interviewing to help you build a clear path forward.

What you can expect from me

Let’s partner together to help you find your balance again and build a life that feels empowered and truly yours.
