I would like to tell you about my training and experience. I graduated from the Howard University College of Medicine 1991 and completed my residency at Georgetown University in 1996. I have wide range of I am successful treating clients who often have a variety of needs. Most clients are helped by talk therapy combined with medication management. I most commonly treat clients who have problems with their mood, anxiety, attention and memory, and/or substance use.

My approach to therapy

When I see patients, I listen. My goal is to help clients discover what is standing in the way of reaching their goals. Then I provide treatment that is more effective because it has been studied over many years and is known to be the best type of treatment. This is called evidence-based treatment.
