Great to meet you!

As a woman in her 50's I have experienced both developmental and circumstantial stages of life. I bring to the therapy room an experience in divorce, LGBTQ issues, parenting children with neurodivergent processing, parenting adult children, and complex family dynamics as well as a knowledge base with successful interventions and approaches for individuals, couples and families. I see strength, purpose, worth and the possibility of wholeness in all people and in relationships.

My approach to therapy

In seeing individuals and relationships as worthy, having strength and purpose I provide a safe space for digging deep, bridging the subconscious and the conscious, and for true and lasting healing. Understanding that our subconscious drives most of our thoughts, behaviors and therefore emotions, I incorporate EFT and movement into the therapy process. Resulting in a person or people who truly value themselves and can then share with others without giving themselves away completely.

What you can expect from me

Individuals and couples will walk away from a first session with me with hope that there can be the change they are looking for.
