Great to meet you!

I work with individuals with a range of problems and concerns. My philosophy involves an integrative approach to mental health and well-being. I have been trained in a number of modalities and will use the most appropriate therapeutic tools to empower clients to more effectively meet the challenges they face in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the therapeutic process includes the use of cognitive therapy, as well as more experiential modalities such as guided visualization and mindfulness practices. My belief is that therapy can be an important part of one's personal journey toward mental health and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Therapy designed to create personal wellness must address strategies for recognizing the symptoms of stress, and recognizing the physical, cognitive, and emotional symptoms of distress. A successful goal for personal change will involve not only learning how to survive, but how to thrive while discovering and manifesting your highest potential.
