Great to meet you!
I have a very client-centered approach. Meaning that there are times when it does not appear that "therapy" is happening, however, I assure you, it all has meaning and it is all therapy.

My approach to therapy is that I am here for the client. It is their time, their story and I am merely here to help them sort the pages already written.
Clients can expect to take away a better understanding of what they need and the ability to get their needs met appropriately, while also learning how to manage unwanted symptoms or behaviors that are causing distress.
