Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Kim and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been in practice for 5 1/2 years. I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, marital issues, trauma and family issues. I obtained my Master's Degree from Simmons College in Boston in 2017.

My approach to therapy

I believe in an integrated and holistic approach to help clients find balance in their daily lives. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or other challenges in your life, it is possible to work through it and I can offer that skillful support and guidance. It takes courage to come to therapy and to work on change but in doing so will allow more joy in your life.

My favorite quote is "No therapy is comfortable because it involves dealing with pain. But there's one comfortable thought: that two people sharing the pain can bear it easier than one." Dr Elvin Semrad
