Great to meet you!

After working many years in the Youth (Child & Family) Unit in Community Mental Health, I expanded my thriving private practice and added the Gottman approach and Internal Family Systems to my therapeutic tool box. I have extensive experience with family, relational, anxiety, trauma and other issues. I love my work, keep my practice small so I can serve each client with the greatest care.
