My therapeutic approach is centered around creating an authentic connection with each client & is personalized to meet your specific needs. Currently using cognitive behavioral therapy & solution focused therapy to meet your goals. Real life issues women face are the foundation of my practice and I am committed to providing culturally sensitive services.

My practice hours are accommodating to all types of women; working professionals, stay at home moms, and students. My hours include evening and early morning appointment availability.
