Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with 10+ years of experience supporting people through anxiety, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is compassion-focused and intersectional. Your race, culture, family history, and lived experience are so impactful and that context belongs in our work together. I have years of experience supporting Black and BIPOC individuals., high-achieving professionals, women, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming clients. I offer support to any adult seeking thoughtful, affirming care. You don't need to have everything figured out, and you don't need to edit yourself, to begin.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in two pillars: compassion and awareness. Compassion means building emotional safety deliberately, so you can soften self-criticism and move through healing with dignity rather than shame. Awareness draws on evidence-based approaches to bring clarity and language to your thoughts, emotions. There are parts of you that have worked hard to protect you and help you adapt to survive challenging environments. When you can name what you're experiencing, you regain or learn intentionality and manage reactivity and fear. Together, we move beyond symptom relief toward sustainable internal resources: emotional regulation, identity integration, boundary-setting, and lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to be met with curiosity and respect. We explore what is and isn't working and identify where you'd like more clarity, regulation, or change. You'll leave with a clearer sense of how we'll work together and what compassion and awareness look like in practice for you.
