Great to meet you!

At my core, I'm a therapist, but I'm also a mom and a military spouse. My practice is built on curiosity and focused on understanding what makes you you. My specialties and focus areas include neurodivergence, adult ADHD, anxiety disorders, self-esteem, and relationship issues, which have been shaped by my passion and curiosity for people and their stories.

My approach to therapy

My therapy space is built on empathy, connection, and authenticity... sprinkled with a little bit of fun. I offer a space where you can slow down, hear yourself think, and figure out what matters most. Our work together is rooted in strategies that work, without losing sight of the relationship that holds it all together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together won't look like most therapy sessions. The intention is that we gather lots of background information and get to really know your situation well, so that you and I can begin to outline a plan for what comes next. My hope is that clients leave the first session feeling like they've found a sense of direction.
