Great to meet you!

Anxiety, OCD, stress, and chronic health conditions can affect every part of your life. With over 23 years of experience, I help adults navigate anxiety disorders, OCD, women’s issues, diabetes, chronic medical conditions, and related mental health concerns. My background includes diabetes education and supervising other therapists. I offer a warm, supportive space while also providing honest feedback and practical tools to help you feel more confident and in control.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and a strengths based approach to help you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence your symptoms. I am a direct and engaged clinician who believes therapy should be practical and purposeful. You can expect psychoeducation, thoughtful feedback, and sometimes homework between sessions to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, change behaviors, and manage stress. My goal is to help you build skills and eventually graduate from therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to feel heard, build rapport, and talk openly about what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current struggles, symptoms, strengths, and goals without judgment. I will help you understand how CBT may apply to what you are experiencing and provide education and feedback along the way. Together, we will create a practical plan for moving forward and improving your day to day life.
