Greetings, I'm Kimberly Bryant, an LPC with a Masters degree from Liberty University. I am the founder of SHE Counseling, LLC, where I specialize in supporting women facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and more. With a commitment to evidence-based approaches and ongoing professional development, I strive to deliver tailored and effective treatment to meet each client's unique needs.

In my client-centered approach, I create a supportive space for exploration. Tailoring therapy to individual needs, I draw from various evidence-based modalities such as CBT & DBT. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, I prioritize empowering clients and fostering resilience.
