Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kimberly Bryce, and I'm so glad you're here.

As the founder of Bloom Therapy and Wellness, I created a practice built around genuine connection and real understanding. I know that reaching out for therapy often happens at a moment when things feel confusing, heavy, or stuck — and my goal is to make that first step feel safe and worthwhile.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the kind of persistent emotional patterns that can feel hard to name, let alone change. A lot of my work centers on attachment — how our earliest relationships shape the way we connect, trust, and respond to stress today — paired with a psychoanalytic lens that helps us look beneath the surface of what's happening. In practice, this means we don't just talk about symptoms in isolation; we get curious together about where they come from, so the insight we build actually leads to lasting change rather than temporary relief. For clients who want more structure alongside that depth, I also draw on evidence-based strategies that give us practical tools to use between sessions.

My approach to therapy

My style is relational and solution-focused at once: warm and collaborative, but also direct — I won't let us circle the same ground without purpose. I want our work together to feel like a true partnership, where you're understood as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll start getting a clear picture of what's going on, what's contributed to it, and what you're hoping will be different. From there, we build a shared sense of direction — one that respects the complexity of your life and moves at a pace that works for you.

If this sounds like the kind of support you've been looking for, I'd love to work with you.
