Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I was born and raised in North Carolina.

As a therapist with 9 years of experience, I blend professional expertise with personal insight. Having overcome my own personal challenges, I understand the value of having a therapist. I will offer unwavering support in a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE as we navigate your journey towards healing and growth together.

My approach to therapy

As an online therapist, my approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe, heard, and understood—even through a virtual setting. I work to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges from the comfort of your own environment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, stressors, and any goals you may have for therapy. This helps me understand the full picture of your experiences and how best to support you. You are always in control of what and how much you choose to share.

We will also review important information such as confidentiality, session structure, and expectations, so you feel informed and comfortable moving forward. There is no pressure to “have it all figured out.” The first session is about building rapport, understanding your needs, and beginning to identify meaningful goals.
