When anxiety, trauma, or difficult life experiences begin affecting your relationships and sense of self, it can feel overwhelming trying to figure out the next step on your own. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating PTSD, anxiety, women's issues, trauma, and maternal mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or struggling to make sense of painful experiences and major life transitions.
