Great to meet you!
I am Kimberly Heath, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona. My background includes over a decade in healthcare, starting as a registered nurse and serving as a U.S. Navy Nurse Corps Officer, where I supported service members and their families through unique challenges and transitions. I am also certified in Maternal-Child Newborn Nursing (RNC-MNN), which has strengthened my focus on women’s mental health, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and family life.
In my psychiatric practice, I provide comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, sleep issues, and adjustment difficulties. I have a particular interest in women’s mental health, military and veteran populations, and those navigating significant life transitions. My style is collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered in their treatment journey.
