Great to meet you!

I came to psychiatry after years as a floor nurse, which taught me to listen closely and meet people exactly where they are. I know how overwhelming it can feel to ask for help, especially when life already feels full, so I try to keep our time together steady and judgment free. I work with adults managing anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I care about building a plan that fits your daily life, not a generic checklist. You will always have a say in your own care. I am building a practice rooted in real partnership, where your goals guide the pace of our work together, and where showing up as you are is always enough.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative. I want you to feel like an active partner in your own care, not a passenger. Together we will set clear, realistic goals for managing anxiety, depression, or PTSD, and check in often on what is working so your plan keeps fitting your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk through what brought you in and what you are hoping will feel different. I will ask about your history, your goals, and anything that feels urgent, and we will leave with a plan you helped shape, built around your pace and your life.
