Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for 29 years including working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. In addition, I have been a practicing School Social Worker for 20 years. I value a strong therapeutic relationship with each client and I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and to have unconditional positive regard.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment with a collaborative, person-centered, relational approach.

I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, child behavioral issues, adolescent issues, parenting challenges, family/relationship conflicts, workplace conflict and life transitions. In addition, I can share my knowledge of IEPs and 504 Plans and guide you through these processes.

What you can expect from me

With a supportive and empathetic environment, we will explore your therapy goals.
