Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Texas, and Wyoming. I earned dual Master’s degrees in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from Butler University over a decade ago. My background includes extensive experience supporting individuals and families through end-of-life issues, depression, anxiety, and grief during my five years as a hospice counselor.

Currently, I am pursuing national certification in sex therapy and have completed additional training in infertility, military family dynamics, and intimacy concerns. I work with both individuals and couples, helping clients navigate complex emotional experiences, strengthen relationships, and cultivate healing and connection in meaningful ways.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emotion-focused, and sex therapy principles to help clients navigate grief, infertility, and relational or sexual challenges with openness and self-compassion. I believe healing begins with creating space for clients to honor their pain while reconnecting with their values, relationships, and sense of self.

In our work together, I aim to provide a safe, affirming environment where you can explore difficult emotions, rediscover meaning, and rebuild connection—whether that’s with your body, your partner, or your future hopes. My style is direct but deeply empathetic, blending education, mindfulness, and practical tools to support growth and resilience through life’s most intimate and complex experiences.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who are struggling with depression, grief and loss, anxiety, past trauma, and life transitions. During our initial sessions, we will dive deep into issues at hand, and collaborate together to find ways to help you be a better you. Most of my client's begun to notice symptoms being less severe the first month or two in counseling services.
