Great to meet you!

Hi- I'm so glad you've taken this step towards understanding yourself and finding support. Life can be overwhelming at times, filled with challenges that leave us feeling anxious, sad, numb, and confused. Whether you're grappling with personal struggles, navigating the complexities of parenting, or simply seeking a safe space to explore your feelings, I’m here to help. I help adults, teens, and parents find solutions to life's challenges so that they can thrive individually and with each other.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a heart bent towards compassion and understanding, while providing a safe space for you to share and process the season you’re in.

My ultimate goal is to help you increase skills which will enable you to successfully manage your current and future challenges. Together, we will explore the personal factors contributing to your distress, develop a deeper understanding of healthy and unhealthy patterns of dealing with the issue, and learn healthier ways to cope.

What you can expect from our first session

My commitment to you extends to creating a safe and nurturing environment where you feel heard, valued, and supported. You don’t have to face your journey alone- let’s embark on it together. I look forward to meeting you, just as you are, and applaud your efforts for seeking well-deserved support. Thanks for dropping by.
