Over 20 years ago, God put a desire in my heart to start MANNAFULL Counseling and Consulting. I wanted to see people restored and transformed from the impact of rejection, insecurity, low self-esteem, hurt, fear, and brokenness. I knew, personally, what it felt like to be in bondage to my own thoughts and the thoughts of others. However, when I became willing to do the work, face the truth and take steps forward, I experienced freedom, joy and peace.
My style is relational and supportive. I value strengthening and encouraging people. It is my goal to help my clients feel seen, heard, understood and celebrated. With over 20 years of experience with adults, teens, tweens and couples, I am equipped to empower people to become all they were created to be, by coming to believe they can. I am a Christian Counselor with a humble heart, filled with wisdom and understanding for the purpose of bringing about awareness, acceptance and action.
I create an atmosphere of acceptance and unconditional positive regard. Clients experience a safe place in which honesty and transparency are valued. In this therapeutic relationship, clients feel seen, heard, understood and celebrated.
