I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) with over 20 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy to adults, with a specialized focus on geriatric mental health, trauma, and caregiver support. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use concerns, chronic stress, and life transitions related to aging, health changes, and family responsibilities.
