Great to meet you!

I m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing clinical counseling and more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health. I’ve had the privilege of working with adults from many different backgrounds and through many different stages of life.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be your authentic self, without judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are, while helping you reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of self. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin—you just have to be willing to take the first step.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, authentic, and empowering. Therapy is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating meaningful, lasting change.

I provide a calm and nurturing space where we can explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns that may no longer be serving you. I incorporate practical tools, strategies, and exercises that can be applied , helping you navigate challenges both inside and outside of our sessions.

My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness while developing the tools you need to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and empowered. We’ll begin putting words to what you’re experiencing, identify where you’d like to go, and take the first steps toward getting there. My hope is that you walk away thinking, “We’ve got this.”

If appropriate, I will provide you with practical strategies or tools you can start using right away.
