My approach is grounded in CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, strengths-based, talk therapy, and supportive therapy. I work with individuals and those seeking relationship-focused support, including concerns related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, ADHD, OCD, trauma, communication challenges, parenting, trust issues, intimacy, conflict patterns, and gaining clarity about your future and relationships.
When appropriate, partners may be included in sessions to support treatment goals and help address patterns that impact emotional well-being and relationships. Many clients find that focusing on their own healing, emotional responses, and relational patterns can lead to meaningful and lasting positive change within their relationships as well. Please note, I am unable to provide active crisis services via telehealth therapy.
Sessions are tailored to what you need most, whether that’s developing coping skills, processing difficult experiences, building healthier patterns in your relationships, navigating educational or professional challenges, or simply having a space to talk and receive guidance. I strive to create an environment where you feel understood, validated, and empowered to heal and grow.
Seeking support is not always easy or comfortable, and taking this step is something to be proud of. I provide a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. We all need someone to talk to and confide in at times, and I look forward to meeting you and beginning this work together.
