Great to meet you!

For the past 21 years I have built a diverse background in therapy, case management and behavioral health. I've had the honor of working with individuals, families, couples, parents, professionals, first responders, military personnel, students and children navigate a wide range of challenges, including stress management, parenting, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, addictions and various mental health conditions. Additionally, I have experience in crisis intervention, adoption/foster care, EAP, IOP, men’s abuse intervention programs, and juvenile sex offender programs.

My availability is Monday - Thursday until 10:00pm. Sessions are also offered as early as 6:00am, by request.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, strengths-based, talk therapy, and supportive therapy. I work with individuals and those seeking relationship-focused support, including concerns related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, ADHD, OCD, trauma, communication challenges, parenting, trust issues, intimacy, conflict patterns, and gaining clarity about your future and relationships.

When appropriate, partners may be included in sessions to support treatment goals and help address patterns that impact emotional well-being and relationships. Many clients find that focusing on their own healing, emotional responses, and relational patterns can lead to meaningful and lasting positive change within their relationships as well.

Sessions are tailored to what you need most, whether that’s developing coping skills, processing difficult experiences, building healthier patterns in your relationships, navigating educational or professional challenges, or simply having a space to talk and receive guidance. I strive to create an environment where you feel understood, validated, and empowered to heal and grow.

Seeking support is not always easy or comfortable, and taking this step is something to be proud of. I provide a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. We all need someone to talk to and confide in at times, and I look forward to meeting you and beginning this work together.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit we will gather some information, discuss any background history, as well as any presenting concerns. We will also discuss devising a treatment plan that we can work on together during treatment.

Your story matters. Your feelings are valid. And your healing is possible. You don't have to navigate this alone. You deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we'll make sense of what feels heavy and help you move toward peace and clarity.
