Great to meet you!

Through my own self discovery and 27 years of direct clinical social work experience, I have found the key the happiness is a personal journey of self-acceptance, and to name a few, a balance of mental and physical health, and a meaningful connection to yourself and others. I find supporting people as they learn to heal from stressful situations and traumas the most fulfilling experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily client-centered therapy, creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you are the expert of your own experience. My practice is most effective using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength and Solution Focused Therapy, and Somatic and Mindfulness techniques.

What you can expect from me
