Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kimberly, and I am an LCSW. I'm so glad you took the first step of reaching out for support! With compassion and honesty, I will help you to work through issues while identifying your inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of yourself. I look forward to exploring this journey with you

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults and children who may be suffering from anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. I utilize various techniques, including but not limited to parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness.
