A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults and children who may be suffering from anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. I utilize various techniques, including but not limited to parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness.
