Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have a special place in my heart for working with women — especially high achievers, new moms, and anyone navigating questions of identity and self-worth. My approach is warm, direct, and holistic, and I genuinely love getting to know the people I work with.

My approach to therapy

My work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory — but I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I weave these tools together in a way that's tailored to you and what you're actually going through. Therapy, to me, is a true collaboration: we work together to understand where you've been and build toward where you want to go.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other — I'll ask about your history, your goals, and what's bringing you to therapy, and I welcome your questions too. It can feel a little like an interview at first, but I think of it as the beginning of a real relationship. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of where you're starting and where you'd like to go.
