Great to meet you!

Being human is hard & asking for help is a huge step. I work with my clients to develop deep insight into relationship with self, others & areas for change/growth. I focus on alleviating distressing symptoms around concerns including (not limited to) anxiety, depression & trauma. I have found success in the work I do with my clients in moving towards relief, clarity, healthy coping, & better relationships. I am sincerely invested in my clients & helping them achieve reprieve from their human suffering. My clients can expect warmth, transparency, & honesty in our work together. You will be met where you're at & accepted as you are.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a non-judgmental, compassionate & authentic relationship above all else. Having a safe space to process/explore/work towards personal goals is imperative. Depending on unique experiences & presenting problems, I will utilize different evidence based tools & methods proven to be effective & that I have witnessed help clients.

What you can expect from me

Again, being human is hard and reaching out for help can be daunting. I understand that change does not come without it's discomforts but that on the other side of making scary or uncomfortable decisions, life can be impacted in remarkably positive ways. If anything I have said resonates with you, reach out. My door is open.
