I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who specializes in teens, adults, couples and families. I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Spanish and Environmental Studies from Longwood University, and a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Loyola at Maryland. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,Structural and Strategic Family Therapy and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I utilize a broad range of styles and interventions to help you move toward health and happiness. Additionally, I enjoy harnessing spirituality and the neuroscience of change in order to help others transform and create their own healing.Empowering and enriching others lives through a trusting, nonjudgmental professional relationship is my driving force.
