Great to meet you!

I bring a love for working with clients from children to adults and the passion to meet them at their level. I see every person and life stressor as unique and am excited to meet and engage with them. I also have a desire to empower and bring awareness to adults. And assist them with dealing with troubling symptoms that are impacting their ability to fully enjoy their life.

My approach to therapy

We will work together, using my knowledge in various theories and methods, to help identify patterns and triggers which might be contributing to your personal or relational distress. I work with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, work distress, relationship problems, behavioral concerns, and bullying.

What you can expect from me

I respect that reaching out for help is not always an easy step, I promise to honor your bravery to do so. My approach is to first build a therapeutic rapport and in doing so work to EARN your trust. I invite you to allow me to help guide you or your child to a brighter tomorrow.
