Great to meet you!

Living with a medical condition or physical disability often means carrying a weight that others don’t see or understand. The exhaustion of balancing health needs with daily life, the frustration of feeling misunderstood, and the toll of uncertainty can be immense. I have a deep personal understanding of these challenges. In our work, we’ll create a space to acknowledge the full complexity of your experience. We’ll also focus on reconnecting with your sense of self, adapting to life’s shifts, and cultivating a life that feels meaningful and grounded, even in the midst of difficulty. You don't have to let the challenges define you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is conversational and action-oriented. I use ACT to help you live a meaningful life aligned with your values. I also specialize in OCD using I-CBT, a framework that helps you move past obsessive doubt by learning to trust your senses and reality over "what-if" stories. Our work is designed to be deeply reflective and practically effective.

What you can expect from me

Embark on your journey through your life changes with me as your guide. I understand the nuances of this transformative phase and am here to provide guidance, support, and a collaborative space for you to navigate the unknown with resilience and purpose. I look forward to working with you to help you on your journey in this unpredictable world. Call today!
