Great to meet you!

I graduated from Syracuse University in 2011 and obtained my LCSW in 2020.

I have worked in several area's of social work including mental health, substance use, traumatic brain injury, chronic homelessness, foster care and school social work.

I have worked with clients from the age of 4-99 with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family issues, substance use, ADHD, career issues and other concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a relaxed atmosphere with some humor added, when appropriate. I do not judge people for the choices that they have made in life or for who they are as an individual. I respect your thought and opinions and will work with you, at your speed, to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

What you can expect from me

In order to take something away from your session, you have to be willing to put something into your session. My goal is to always have you leaving session feeling like something was accomplished, even if it is only a small accomplishment. I may also assign homework for you to complete prior to your next session. If homework isn't for you, that's okay, just let me know.
