Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kirsten, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about helping individuals restore clarity, balance, and emotional well-being. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, and other mental health challenges.

My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to recenter your mind, reconnect with your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing.

I offer medication management, psychotherapy, and integrative mental health care tailored to your unique needs. My style is warm, empowering, affirming, and solution-oriented, blending evidence-based practice with a holistic understanding of who you are—not just your diagnosis.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I’m here to support you on your journey toward transformation and renewed mental clarity.

My approach to therapy

I offer a holistic and personalized approach to care that blends medication management with supportive psychotherapy. My style is warm, affirming, and empowering—I meet clients where they are and walk beside them as they reclaim balance, clarity, and mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered—with a clearer understanding of their mental health and a plan to move forward. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical coping tools, and feel more in control of your emotional well-being.

Whether we’re adjusting medications, exploring patterns through therapy, or identifying next steps together, you’ll leave each session with something actionable, validating, and growth-oriented. I meet you where you are, and walk alongside you as you work toward healing, balance, and meaningful change.
