Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples across all stages of life, including premarital exploration, parenting challenges, betrayal recovery, major life transitions, and navigating divorce with care and intention. I have a particular passion for couples work and the meaningful growth that can happen when people feel truly seen and understood.

I bring both clinical training and real-world life experience into the therapy room, allowing me to approach challenges with empathy, perspective, and practicality. My style is honest, grounded, and relational, and I value creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and genuine.

Clients often appreciate that I balance warmth with directness and keep the focus on the human story behind the struggle. I offer free 30-minute consultations so you can get a feel for whether we’d be a good fit before getting started.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, honest, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful change.

I tailor therapy to each individual or couple, drawing from modalities such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based frameworks. I focus on strengthening emotional awareness, improving communication, reducing unhelpful patterns, and building practical tools clients can use outside of sessions.

Above all, I believe therapy should feel both compassionate and effective—balancing insight with action. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships, while supporting lasting growth that aligns with their values and real-life circumstances.

What you can expect from me

First and foremost, early sessions are about getting to know clients and understanding what brings them to therapy. The focus is on hearing each client’s story, concerns, and what they hope to gain from the therapeutic process.

I am a therapist who is deeply invested in my clients, with the goal of supporting them in processing challenges thoughtfully and efficiently—without rushing or pressure. From the very first session, I strive to create a space that feels safe, secure, authentic, and supportive.

Clients are always welcome to ask questions, share concerns, or clarify expectations at any point in therapy. My priority is that clients feel understood, informed, and supported from day one.
