Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life you want to live? I help adults, teens, parents and elderly individuals work through depression, anxiety, and trauma by providing a warm, grounding space to talk, heal, and move forward at your own pace. I’m especially passionate about supporting women as they navigate work-life balance, life transitions, relationships, and the emotional toll of carrying so much for others.

As a clinical social worker, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, cultural understanding, and evidence-based support. I specialize in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma, with a strong focus on women’s mental health and the unique stressors that impact their emotional well-being. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, affirming space where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, respected, and empowered to reclaim their lives. Together, we will work to build practical coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and foster resilience so that healing and growth become not only possible, but sustainable.

My approach to therapy

With a culturally responsive and person-centered approach, I honor the full complexity of who you are — your history, your values, and your lived experiences. I use a variety of therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, humanistic approach, Acceptance and Commitment and talk therapy to help you reach your goals. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way of your peace, strengthen your coping skills, and rebuild a stronger sense of self, so you can show up in life with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

During a client's initial session, you will be provided with information regarding the limits of confidentiality, policies and procedures around working with a new therapist, and then you will be able to provide some background information as to what brought you to therapy. By the end of your first session, you will hopefully have developed two clear goals that you wish to work on during the first six months of therapy.
