Great to meet you!

If anxiety feels constant, depression is draining your energy, or mood changes are disrupting your life, you don’t have to manage it alone. I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, and psychotic disorders who are looking for clear, structured psychiatric care.

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience, including acute adult behavioral health and inpatient psychiatric research. That background allows me to approach treatment thoughtfully, balancing safety, clinical precision, and practical solutions that fit real life.

My approach to therapy

I start by listening carefully so we can identify what’s truly driving your symptoms — and what meaningful improvement would look like for you.

My approach is collaborative, direct, and evidence-based. I focus on thoughtful medication management, clear education, and treatment plans tailored to your goals and daily demands. I prioritize stability, symptom reduction, and long-term progress — not quick fixes.

I also bring a culturally sensitive and holistic perspective to care. Mental health is shaped by stress, environment, identity, and lifestyle, and treatment should reflect that full picture.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is structured and focused. We’ll review your concerns, history, and previous treatment experiences, then develop a clear, realistic plan for next steps.

You’ll leave understanding your options and feeling confident about the direction of your care.

If you’re looking for steady, practical psychiatric support grounded in experience and clinical skill, I’d be glad to work with you.
