I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience in critical care, behavioral health, and addiction medicine.My passion for mental health care is both professional and personal. I’ve experienced my own mental health struggles and watched close friends and family navigate theirs. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, and I believe everyone deserves care that feels comfortable, compassionate, and free of judgment.

My approach is relaxed and conversational. I want our appointments to feel like a genuine conversation, not an interrogation or a checklist of symptoms. I believe in working together to find treatment options that make sense for you, and sometimes we might even find something to laugh about along the way.

During our first appointment, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing your concerns, and talking about what you’d like to accomplish. There’s no pressure to have all the answers or even know exactly how to explain what you’re feeling. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about moving forward.
