Whether your personal goals include decreasing anxiety or depression, exploring relationship concerns, developing self-compassion, managing stress, or changing behaviors that are not serving you, together, we will navigate the way forward through these changes. I received my Master's of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University in 2014. I specialize in anxiety disorders, life transitions, and depression.
