I received my Master's of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University in 2014. I specialize in anxiety disorders, life transitions, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed, strengths based,integrative approach with clients, utilizing techniques that are the best fit for each individual. I have experience with Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction therapy.
