My approach to therapy

I believe mental health should be embraced, prioritized, and treated with the same importance as physical health. As a licensed therapist, I understand that life transitions and challenges can bring a wide range of emotional experiences—both healthy and overwhelming. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and reconnect with a healthier version of themselves.

I have experience working with individuals navigating bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, major depression, generalized anxiety, stress management, adjustment disorders, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs while fostering authenticity, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where we work together to identify the underlying patterns and experiences influencing their current mood and emotional well-being. My approach focuses on helping clients develop healthy coping strategies, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to guide, support, and facilitate the growth and healing they want to achieve. I strive to create a relaxed, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Therapy can be both meaningful and enjoyable—we can process, grow, laugh, and create positive change together.
