Great to meet you!

Are you a tween, teen or young adult feeling stuck after a recent or past experience that was overwhelming, confusing, or painful? Maybe you’re carrying memories from childhood that still show up as anxiety, anger, shame, or emotional numbness. Tears you can't cry because you might feel disconnected from yourself, unsure why certain reactions feel so intense, or questioning your faith. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it by yourself.

If you're a parent who are navigating the impact of your own developmental trauma while trying to show up differently for your children, I can also help you through skill building and therapeutic support.

My approach to therapy

The process starts by me meeting you where you are and building a strong therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing in your life. Next, we will collaborate together on goals that will work best for you but grow you as well. Using unique and creative approaches tailored to you to accomplish those goals and support you along the way of healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel safe, heard, and validated. There will be times where my clients will be challenged with new skills, insightful questions, and supplemental therapeutic assignments in order to reinforce new learning move forward.
