Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. If you’re feeling creatively stuck, searching for new solutions in life, or longing to feel more connected to yourself, we can explore that together. I came to this work later in life, after years of carpentry and caring for older adults, and I bring that same hands on, grounded spirit into therapy. I especially love helping people move through creative blocks and build a deeper, kinder awareness of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in mindfulness and body based work. Together, we’ll gently tune in to what your body and nervous system are telling you and build practical tools for feeling calmer, steadier, and more at home in yourself. This is a collaborative process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to get to know you and hear your hopes for therapy, no matter how big or small they may feel. We’ll focus on building trust and a real sense of safety, and figure out together where you most want to grow. Clients describe me as grounded, warm, and easy to be real with. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
