Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been working with clients for 6 years now. I have an MS in Counseling and a BA in Psychology. I work with couples on communication skills, resolving conflict, healing from infidelity, and reconnection. I also work moms and motherhood difficulties and adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, and identity exploration, to name a few. I have experience working with the Mormon and Christian communities.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. By tailoring techniques to your unique needs and goals, we can collaboratively work towards tangible solutions and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

The time between therapy sessions marks a pivotal phase at the onset of your therapeutic journey. My goal is to equip my clients with tools to practice between sessions, fostering continual progress. Within a secure, non-judgmental environment, I encourage my clients to delve into their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Additionally, I utilize directness in my sessions, when necessary, to ensure my clients know that I am an engaged partner in their therapeutic journey.
